Chairman, CEO and co-founder of C4 Carbides, Peter has led C4 Carbides since its inception to double digit growth over the last 20 years. 

Paul Duggan, Business Development Director

Co-founder of C4 Carbides, Paul designed the processes and production equipment we have at C4 today.  As Business Development Director Paul's main role now is to develop and refine C4's unique technology.  This may be the creation of totally new products, or the application of existing products into new areas of industry. 

Further development of our core technology in continuous brazing of hard materials is anticipated. 

Kevin Ball, Managing Director

As Managing Director, Kevin’s key areas of responsibility are to lead the Sales, Finance and Operations management team to support profitable sales growth, contribute to strategic planning and improve overall financial performance of the business.  Prior to C4 Kevin previously held board level roles as Finance Director and Company Secretary within service sector based companies.

Sarah Martin, Internal Sales Manager

Our internal Sales Manager Sarah Martin has been with C4 Carbides for over four years and brings a wealth of experience from her previous background in direct and commercial sales. Sarah's role involves new and existing customer management. When she is not busy making sure our customers are happy, she enjoys swimming and travelling.

Andy Beynon, General Manager Operations

As Engineering Manager Andy's key responsibilities range from the introduction of new products, processes to improve quality and health and safety.  Andy has over 20 years experience in the engineering industry, he is an apprenticeship trained engineer and has a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing (both production and research & development), product design, procurement and project management.  

Janice Sommese, Operations Manager

As Operations Manager Janice is responsible for material requirements planning; procurement, supplier and sub-contract management and logistics.  Her ten years at C4 follows varied and extensive work experience including a sales career at Henkel Industrial Adhesives and six and a half years at Tesco Stores Ltd, as Personnel Manager looking after 500 staff. 

Darren Creaser, Manufacturing Manager

As Manufacturing Manager with almost twenty years experience at C4, there is nobody with greater knowledge of C4's manufacturing process.   Darren is responsible for JIT manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes.
